Installation Note 42568: An error appears in the Web application-server log after you configure SAS® BI Dashboard 4.3
The following message might appear in in your Web application-server’s log file:

If this message appears, you need to re-run the manualLoadContent-
order-number.bat or the manualUpdateContent-
order-number.bat scripts (or the corresponding manualLoadContent-
order-number.sh or manualUpdateContent-
order-number.sh scripts) from the directory
SAS_configuration_directory\Lev1\Web\Utilities.
This problem can occur if the SAS® Content Server is not running when the load-content step is attempted during installation or during an upgrade.
To resolve this problem:
- Verify that the Web application server is running.
- Verify that the correct passwords appear in the manualLoadContent-order-number.bat or the manualUpdateContent-order-number.bat scripts (or the corresponding .sh scripts) that are located in SAS_configuration_directory\Lev1\Web\Utilities. These script files might contain the text placeholders SPECIFY_ADMIN_PASSWORD_HERE and SPECIFY_TRUSTED_PASSWORD_HERE. If these placeholders exist, you should replace them with the actual passwords.
- Re-run the .manualLoadContent-order-number.bat or manualUpdateContent-order-number.bat (or the corresponding .sh scripts).
This issue can also occur as a result of incorrect file-system permissions. See SAS Note 42567, "Incorrect permissions for the /tmp folder during configuration under UNIX can cause SAS® BI Dashboard to function incorrectly."

fixed.
The error "Could not unmarshall. . ." appears in the Web application-server log after you configure SAS BI Dashboard 4.3. This error occurs if the SAS® Content Server does not run during an installation or upgrade.
