Sample 38417: Replacing periods (.) that represent missing numeric values with blanks in SAS® Web Report Studio
Overview
This sample shows you how to replace periods (.) that represent missing numeric values with blanks (" ") in SAS Web Report Studio. This technique can also be used to change the default behaviour documented in Usage Note 19348.
In this example, the initial report contains a measure, Weight, with numeric missing values displayed as periods.

Replacing the numeric missing values
- Right-click on the table that contains the values you want to change, and select Conditional Highlighting.

- Select the measure, and then select Is missing value as the condition.

- On the Image and Text tab, for Position, select In place of cell value, and type a blank in the Text box.

- View the report to see this result:
