Usage Note 19348: Export to Microsoft Excel functionality in SAS Web Report Studio uses
"." for numeric missing values
By default, SAS Web Report Studio cross tab and listing reports display
numeric missing values as ".". Currently there is not a way to change
the value from "." to " ".
