Problem Note 35828: "Cannot open the report xxxxx" after promotion from SAS® Web Report Studio 3.1 to SAS Web Report Studio 4.2

In SAS Web Report Studio 4.2, you might see an error message that is similar to the following when you attempt to open a multi-section report that has been promoted from version 3.1:
Cannot open the report Sales Summary
This error can occur if you promote the report and its associated information map(s) in separate packages.
As a workaround, promote the report and all of its associated information maps at the same time. After the reports and information maps are on the target environment, you can move the reports to a different location, if necessary.
In some cases, you might be able to use the Repair Report wizard to re-associate each report section with the correct information map in the target environment. For more information, see SAS Web Report Studio 4.2: User's Guide: Repairing Reports.
