Usage Note 34382: Browser's Back button is not supported when viewing reports in SAS® Information Delivery Portal
SAS Web Report Viewer® 3.1
SAS Web Report Viewer does not support the use of the browser's Back button to return to the SAS Information Delivery Portal. If you click the Back button to return to the Portal, you might see the following error message:
Access to the specified resource () has been forbidden.
To exit SAS Web Report Viewer and return to the portal page that you viewed last, click Portal in the upper left corner of the user interface.
SAS Web Report Studio® 4.2
In version 4.2, SAS Web Report Studio is typically used to provide the view-only functionality that was provided by SAS Web Report Viewer in version 3.1. In this case, use of the Back button is still not supported but the resulting behavior is different. If you click the Back button to return to the Portal, you are presented with the SAS Web Report Studio Welcome screen (or prompt window, depending on the report). At this point, you cannot return to the Portal.
Note: For related information about the consequences of using the Back button, see SAS Note 32198 and SAS Note 30963.
