Problem Note 32859: Adding a user to notify when creating an assessment produces no results

DetailsAboutRate It
If you add a user to notify when creating an assessment in SAS® OpRisk Monitor, you might encounter the following problem when you have a lot of data (and the resulting query takes longer to execute than the value set for your session to time out): a blank page appears and no results are returned or displayed.

To correct the problem, apply the hot fix and configuration changes documented in SAS note 32875.

For related information see SAS notes 32823, 32912, 32845, and 32860.
