Problem Note 13068: ID variable missing for dataset error may occur if fitting a model in
the GUI
In SAS
® Risk Dimensions
®, once Fitted Model options are set in the GUI, attempting to run an analysis might result in an error similar to the following:
ERROR: A bug in SAS has been encountered. Please call your SAS
representative and report the following message:
Id variable missing for dataset.
First, make sure that the model contains an ID variable. If the model
is defined correctly with an ID variable, fit the model using batch code
to circumvent this problem.
