Problem Note 13277: ID Variable missing for dataset
In SAS Risk Dimensions, a fitted model requires an ID variable because
the ID variable is used to combine the residual for correlations.
Risk Dimensions will allow you to set options for a Fitted Model without
an ID variable; however, attempting to run the analysis may result in an
error similar to the following:
ERROR: A bug in SAS has been encountered. Please call your SAS
representative and report the following message:
Id variable missing for dataset
ERROR: Could not merge models.
ERROR: Unable to initialize joint simulation of the 1 available market
simulation models for Monte Carlo simulation analysis
"Analysis1". One or more models may be invalid.
To prevent this error, add an ID variable to the fitted model.
