Function Name: CreateWorkSpaceByServer
0x80080005 - Server execution failed
The error E_SERVEREXECUTIONFAILED is most comonly caused by the
-SASUSER setting the sasv8.cfg file. Try setting that to an
explicit value instead of one which starts with ! or ?. Also
verify that the directory in -SASUSER exists and is accessible
by the user who is running SAS. The could also be caused by the
user who is running SAS. This could also be caused by an invalid
setinit in SAS.
