Setup for IT Service Vision Server

Section 1, Task 1: Start IT Service Vision Action 2: Adjust the default work shift schedule and holiday schedule. Step ii: Define and edit the holidays schedule.

To change the status or description of a date already on the list, select the date and then select ItemActions and Edit Holiday. Change the status and/or description, and select then OK.
To add a date to the list, select Actions and Add Holiday. Fill in the date, select Active, fill in the description, and select OK.
To delete a date from the list, select the date, select ItemActions and Delete Holiday, and confirm with OK.
Note: You can make multiple selections in the list before activating one of the item actions: Edit Holiday or Delete Holiday.
To return to the Define Work Shifts window, select File and End.
Select OK. IT Service Vision writes the values to your IT Service Vision site library and returns you to the main menu.
