Section 1, Task 1: Start IT Service Vision Action 4: Set your site's graphical device driver, if it is not already set.

Graphics output is formatted for a specific graphics device driver. To set the site's default, follow this path from the main menu:

Options -> Site SAS Options -> GOptions

To specify the default device, follow this path:

Monitor -> Graphic Device -> page to the device you want -> select the device

To return to the main menu, follow this path:

OK -> Goback

IT Service Vision writes the site's default value for the graphics device driver to SITELIB.

Note: The order of precedence that IT Service Vision uses in setting the value of the graphics device driver is: the device type that is specified in the report definition; if none, the device type that is specified in the user's defaults; if none, the device type that is specified in the site's defaults. Note: If you are using the tn3270 emulator and the labels on your icons are "invisible" (the same color as the background), to correct the colors follow this path:

Options -> User Interface Options -> Menu Color -> select Next color until you reach 21 -> OK -> OK
