SAS Social Network Analysis SAS Server includes one SAS/ACCESS engine of choice for transaction data. It also includes a second SAS/ACCESS engine of choice for solution application data, selected from the following list:
SAS Social Network Analysis Server supports the following databases:
SAS Social Network Analysis Data Management Standard and BI Server includes two SAS/ACCESS engines of choice, which must be the same as the two that were selected for the SAS Social Network Analysis Server. It also includes three SAS Metadata Bridges of choice, plus General Industry Standards, which is included automatically.
The server also includes a SAS Data Management Contextual Extraction Language Pack of choice. Select the same one that you select for SAS Data Quality Server (see below).
SAS Social Network Analysis Data Management Standard and BI Server also includes either a Quality Knowledge Base locale of choice or a SAS Quality Knowledge Base for Product Data of choice.

SAS Data Quality Standard Server includes a SAS Data Management Contextual Extraction Language Pack of choice.

SAS Social Network Analysis includes a SAS Visual Process Orchestration Server subcomponent, which is available in other offerings. It is only required if the SAS Data Quality Stardard Server is running on either the IBM z/OS or Microsoft Windows 32-bit platform.

SAS makes the following recommendations for SAS Metadata Server deployments:
The disk I/O performance of any server-class system should be sufficient. Memory requirements are highly dependent on the product mix and usage, but 8 GB of RAM are sufficient for most large deployments. For many deployments, 4 GB of RAM are sufficient and should be considered a minimum, unless the specific deployment is tested and verified to require less memory.
You have the option to install SAS Metadata Server on the same machine as SAS Social Network Analysis Server, SAS Social Network Analysis Data Management Standard and BI Server, or SAS Data Quality Standard Server.
When you install your SAS solution software, SAS Deployment Manager installs and configures the required web application servers and web servers.
To install these servers, select one of the supported operating systems for the middle tier.
Note: These servers cannot be installed on the z/OS or 32-bit Windows platforms.
SAS recommends a minimum screen resolution setting of 1280 x 1024 on client computers that are used to access SAS Social Network Analysis. SAS also recommends a minimum of 4 GB of RAM for the Client Tier.
SAS Data Management Standard Studio includes a SAS Data Management Contextual Extraction Language Pack of choice. Select the same one that you selected for SAS Data Quality Server.
SAS Data Management Standard Studio also includes either a Quality Knowledge Base Locale of choice or a SAS Quality Knowledge Base for Product Data of choice. Select the same one that you selected for SAS Data Quality Server.
