System Requirements
SAS® Model Manager 12.3

Overview

Important: All Windows 2008-based servers that work with SAS Model Manager need to have Service Pack 1 or newer installed, otherwise the SAS Deployment Wizard will fail.

Server Tier Requirements

Base SAS is required for SAS Model Manager. SAS/STAT, SAS/IML, and SAS Enterprise Miner are recommended for SAS Model Manager, but are not included.

SAS Model Manager Server

Please select a target environment:

A SAS/ACCESS engine of choice (DB2, Greenplum, Netezza, Oracle, or Teradata) is recommended but not included.

Note: As an alternative, Java Web Start can be used to access the SAS Model Manager application.  In order to launch SAS Model Manager via the Java Web Start client, Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.7 or later needs to be installed on the client machine.
