Deletes a note marker from either a SAS table or an external file

when the table or external file was opened. If this variable contains an invalid
value, the program halts.

by the NOTE or FNOTE function. If note-id contains
an invalid value, the program halts.

DROPNOTE deletes a marker that was set by NOTE or FNOTE.
Open the SAS table MYDATA, fetch the first row, and
set a note ID at the beginning of the table. Return to the first row by calling
POINT, and then delete the note ID by calling DROPNOTE.
