The OPTLSO Procedure

PERFORMANCE Statement

PERFORMANCE options ;

The PERFORMANCE statement defines performance parameters for multithreaded and distributed computing, passes variables that describe the distributed computing environment, and requests detailed results about the performance characteristics of a SAS high-performance analytics procedure. For more information about the options available for the PERFORMANCE statement, see Chapter 4: Shared Concepts and Topics in SAS/OR 12.3 User's Guide: Mathematical Programming, and Chapter 2: Shared Concepts and Topics in Base SAS 9.4 Procedures Guide: High-Performance Procedures.

Note that the SAS High-Performance Optimization license is required to invoke PROC OPTLSO in distributed mode. For examples of running in distributed mode see Using External Data Sets and Johnson’s Systems of Distributions.
