The SCHEDTIME= data set contains the time assignments for each activity. There are five variables: SOLUTION, ACTIVITY, DURATION, START, and FINISH, which are identical to the same variables in the SCHEDULE= data set. The observations correspond to the subset of observations
in the SCHEDULE= data set with OBSTYPE="TIME."
