specifies the number of digits to the right of the decimal point in the numeric value.

The EURFRATS w.d format converts an amount from Austrian schillings to an amount in euros and produces a formatted euro value. The conversion rate is a fixed rate that is incorporated into the EURFRATSw.d format and the EUROCURR function.
