To
create the information map in this book, you must install SAS Information
Map Studio 4.2 and have the following software and resources:

a SAS 9.2 Metadata Server
that has a SAS Application Server defined. The application server
definition must contain a logical SAS Workspace Server.

Note: SAS
Management Console is required only for defining the tables that you
need; it is not required for creating an information map.

you do not have access to this software, contact your metadata administrator
for help with the steps in Define a SAS Library and Define Tables.
