Centers each line of text in a designated block of text independently.

The JJC command
centers a block of designated text that contains the line command based on
the left and right boundary settings.
The JJC command centers a designated block of text. Each
line in the block is centered independently. Centering is based on the current
boundary settings set by the BOUNDS command.
Like the JL, JJL, JR, and JJR commands, the JC and JJC
commands align text.
