Change the Graph's Style

Change the style that is applied to the graph in order to make the graph more suitable for printing with a black-and-white printer. Select Formatthen selectStylethen selectJournal from the main menu.
Note: When you apply the Journal style, all of the objects in the graph change to shades of gray. However, the annotations (oval and arrow) are red because you explicitly set their color.

Change the Size of the Graph

To change the size:
  1. Right-click the graph and select Graph Properties. The Graph Properties dialog box appears.

  2. Change the width of the graph to 6.
    Keep Aspect Ratio is currently selected. Changing the width to 6 also changes the height to 4.5 to maintain the current aspect ratio.
  3. Click OK.
