TRAIT Statement

TRAIT variable </ option> ;

The TRAIT statement names the variable that the model tries to predict.

VARTYPE=QUALITATIVE | QUANTITATIVE: specifies whether the trait is qualitative or quantitative. The default is QUANTITATIVE for a numeric variable and QUALITATIVE for a character variable.

Note: This procedure is experimental.
