Requirements

Currently, Version 1.2 of Xplore is available for selected UNIX and Windows platforms only. Version 1.1 of Xplore is available to MVS users in the SAS System, Release 6.09E (TS460).

To use Xplore, you must have the following prerequisite software:

• SAS/IntrNet Software, Version 1.2 with the following components:

  • Application Dispatcher, Version 1.2
  • MDDB Report Viewer, Version 1.2 (optional^*).

• HTML Formatting Tools, Version 1.2

• Graph Applet, Version 1.0 (optional^*)

• a frame-enabled Web browser. To utilize the Dynamic HTML capabilities of Xplore, you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0. To view thin-client graphics, you must also have the prerequisite browser software for Graph Applet.

^*Optional components are not required for using the basic features of Xplore.
