Description of Problem:

THE CFIND PROCESS DOES NOT PATCH RG NUMBERS PROPERLY. THE PATCHED RG NUMBER ALWAYS WINDS UP TO BE ZERO.

 * PASSED TO CFINDFX AS THE VALUE.  FOR CRGNUM, WE ONLY NEED TWO BYTES           
 * AND ARE ALWAYS GETTING THE TOP TWO BYTES OF THE FULLWORD (X'0000').           
 * THIS ZAP WILL CAUSE THE BOTTOM TWO BYTES OF THE FULLWORD TO BE PUT            
 * INTO THE RECORD.
