File Upload
Before uploading files to our FTP site, please inform your SYSTEM 2000
Technical Support Analyst of the files you intend to upload so they can
be identified.
Choose one of the FTP methods below that works with your current
software.
Netscape Browser Release 2.0 or higher
If you are using Netscape 2.0 or higher, you have the ability to use
a dialog box to select the local file you want to upload. Netscape is
currently the only browser that supports this feature; do not attempt to use
it with other browsers.
Netscape users
Non-Netscape Browser
If you do not have Netscape, you will have to use another tool to upload files
to Technical Support. This link gives you sites that
provide such applications. SAS Institute does not recommend specific applications to
perform the FTP upload.
Other browsers
Commandline FTP Users (not using a web browser)
If you are a commandline FTP user, you can still use FTP
to upload files to us. Please select this link for further information.
