What is Anonymous FTP?
You can use the Technical Support anonymous FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
service to transmit files. This is an efficient way
to upload or download large files, such as:
- SYSTEM 2000 Programs
- Abend dumps
- Diagnostic Log listings
- Accounting Log listings
How Do I Access the Anonymous FTP Service?
To use this facility, connect to ftp.sas.com. Once you are connected,
enter the following responses as prompted:
Name (ftp.sas.com:userid): anonymous
Password: your email address
