This SAS Note outlines the support levels for the SAS Customer Intelligence suite of solutions, which includes the following products:

• SAS^® Campaign Management
• SAS^® Marketing Automation
• SAS^® Marketing Optimization
• SAS^® Real-Time Decision Manager
• SAS^® Digital Marketing
• SAS^® Marketing Operations Management

The SAS Customer Intelligence 6.6 suite of solutions was released in May of 2020. This release provides a user interface based in HTML 5.

For SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Marketing Optimization, SAS Campaign Management, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, and SAS^® Customer Intelligence Studio, the support level changes according to this schedule:

• Release 6.4 Standard Support changed to Limited Support on May 31, 2020.
• Release 6.5 Standard Support changed to Limited Support on December 31, 2020.
• Release 6.6 Standard Support will change to Limited Support on June 30, 2025.

Notes:

• SAS Digital Marketing is not part of the SAS Customer Intelligence 6.6 suite of solutions. Therefore, there will be no future release of SAS Digital Marketing.
  • For SAS Digital Marketing 6.4, Standard Support changed to Limited Support on May 31, 2020.
  • For SAS Digital Marketing 6.5, Standard Support changed to Limited Support on December 31, 2020.

  You are advised to work with your SAS Account Executive to transition to a modernized solution.

• SAS Marketing Operations Management will not have any further updates (that is, no future release and hot fix).

  For SAS Operations Management, the support level changes are as follows:

  • For SAS Operations Management 6.4, Standard Support changed to Limited Support on May 31, 2020.
  • For SAS Operations Management 6.5 and 6.6, Standard Support changed to Limited Support on December 31, 2020.

  SAS Marketing Operations Management uses Adobe Flash Technology. It is possible that some functionality that is are dependent on Adobe Flash might be impacted when you work in modern web browsers.
