DESCRIPTION

The SAS/C CHAP macro implements the functionality of the OS/390 Assembler CHAP macro. The prio argument is the amount by which the priority of the specified task should be changed. The tcbaddr argument is the address of a fullword containing the address of the TCB whose priority is to be changed or 0 if the priority of the active task is to be changed.
