The application
server connection uses the SAP application server name and a system number to connect to the SAP System.
Follow these steps
to define an application server connection:

the
Application Server connection type in
the Connection Properties window.
-
Click
the
Options button to display the Application
Server Options dialog box.

that name in this field.

a router associated with the SAP application server host, then you
must enter the router string before the SAP application server name.
For example, if the router string is
/H/sapgate1/S/3297/H
and the application server is
hs0311
, then
you must enter
/H/sapgate1/S/3297/H/hs0311
.

which SAP System to access if there is more than one SAP System that
resides on the same host.
