The $UCS4BEw. format writes
a character string in the encoding of the current SAS session. It processes
character strings that are in big-endian, 32-bit, UCS4 (universal character
set code in four octets), Unicode encoding.
The $UCS4BEw. format performs
processing that is the opposite of the $UCS4Bw.
format.
This example uses the Japanese Shift_JIS encoding, which is supported
under the UNIX operating environment.
