IMSSPIE= 0 | 1

DLISPIE= 0 | 1

0: specifies to enable a user SPIE (if any) to remain in effect while processing DL/I calls.
1: specifies to negate the user SPIE while processing the DL/I calls but reinstates it before returning to the application program.
