Problem Note 20995: Scheduling a job in the SASĀ® Add-In for Microsoft Office requires user to remain logged on the computer
If you schedule a job using the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office and you
log off the machine after you schedule the job, the scheduled job might
not run. If the saved document or spreadsheet that you are scheduling to
refresh requires that you log on to a SAS Metadata server, then the
crendentials will have problems logging on to the server, and the
scheduled job will fail.
To circumvent this problem, remain logged on the machine until after the
scheduled job is finished.
