Problem Note 17477: Variable name instead of Parameter label appears in Parameters page when
executing a Stored Process from a Web client
The Parameters page for a Stored Process executed in a Web client may
incorrectly display the variable name instead of the defined parameter
label. This can occur when the locale setting in the browser does not
match the locale setting for the servlet container.
As a workaround, the browser Language setting (in Tools->Internet
Options->General tab->Languages button) may be modified so that the
appropriate language appears first in the list of accepted languages, or
the servlet container startup can be modified to set the same locale
language and region that the browsers accept. For example:
JAVA_OPTS="-Duser.region=US -Duser.language=en"
