Usage Note 9924: When running regbld82.exe, "Error: SASHELP lock is not available for
REGISTRY" and "Error: Read Access Violation Task REGISTRY" error
messages appear
When you run regbld82.exe and have a SAS session open during the
process, the following error messages might appear:
Error: SASHELP lock is not available for REGISTRY.
Error: Read Access Violation in Task REGISTRY.

Note: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
To correct this problem, close any opened SAS sessions and run the
RegBld82.exe program again.
