Problem Note 2674: RLSE and PASS subparameters are not honored in Version 8
In Version 8 TS M0 and Release 8.1 TS1M0, if the RLSE subparameter is
coded in the SPACE parameter, unused space is not released when a data
set is closed after having been opened for output and written to.
It is also possible that the use of PASS subparameter may not cause a
temporary data set to be passed for use by a subsequent JCL step in the
same job.
To correct these problems apply the zap referenced by Z8002674 for
Version 8 TS M0 and TS M1.
