Suspension of Normal Business Operations in North America

SAS Technical Support US-based operations will suspend normal business operations on Friday, December 23, 2016 beginning at 8:00 p.m. Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 2, 2017, at 9:00 a.m.

Tuesday through Friday, December 27-30, staff will monitor and respond to problems submitted via the following methods, with critical issues taking priority over non-critical issues:
