Yes! You can use libraries that are defined by the LIBNAME statement as well as libraries that are defined in metadata. All of the libraries that are defined for your session or are pre-assigned in metadata are displayed in the Libraries section of the navigation pane.
If you are running the SAS Studio Mid-Tier (enterprise edition), you can view and assign any unassigned metadata libraries.
