Problem Note 9908: Multi-threaded Scheduler fails to recover following a database
communication error
The Campaign Management Multi-threaded Scheduler may not recover
correctly following a communication error with the database. The log
may include messages like the following:
SEVERE: Exception whilst reading the task list.
java.sql.SQLException: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-03113: end-of-file on
communication channel
Tasks then continue to show a status of INPROG, but do not run.
To correct the problem, the Multi-threaded Scheduler must be stopped
and restarted. Once restarted, the Scheduler will continue running the
remaining tasks.
