Problem Note 9899: All tasks run through Multi-threaded Scheduler fail
If the underlying data resides in a SAS SPD Server environment, then
all tasks submitted to the Campaign Management Multi-threaded Scheduler
will fail with the following error:
Failed to decrypt the connect data
