Problem Note 9870: Status date reverts to 01-JAN-1960 when a campaign is re-opened
If you create and save a new campaign in the SAS Campaign Management
component, open another campaign, then re-open the campaign you just
created, the Status Date field displays as 01-Jan-1960. All other dates
on the screen display correctly.
