Problem Note 9852: Error when retrieving Campaign Details from Communication Manager
If you are running the SAS Campaign Management component using data in
an SPD Server environment and you attempt to open or expand an existing
campaign in the Communications Manager screen, you will receive the
following errors:
An error occured whilst reading the campaign details.
The campaign code is xxx_yyy.
If you were attempting to open the campaign by double-clicking on it,
the Campaign Reference Data screen then displays with a blank grid.
