In Human Capital Management (HCM, HR Vision, HRV), if you attempt to
create a security format for managers, where you have checked 'Apply
Departmental Hierarchy', the format is not created. This issue does not
expose confidential data to users; however, it would cause queries by
the manager to return zero observations.

In addition, this hot fix also corrects another issue in which it was
not possible to indicate a manager was over multiple groups within the
organization.

To implement this feature, place the following statement into the
prebuild= parameter of the warehouse definition xml file:

   %let SECFORMAT_BASE=PUBDATA.CWRKGRP;

Note that in this example, your reporting structure would be contained
in the table, PUBDATA.CWRKGRP.
