Usage Note 9816: The attribute propagation screen should not display when a new column is
added
In Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision), you may be
prompted to propagate changes when this is unnecessary. You can see this
when you add a new column to a table and then attempt to view the
properties for this table or the properties for a query built from this
table.
