Problem Note 9771: Job manager will not publish to a directory that does not previously
exist
In SAS Financial Management Solutions, if you publish a job to the web
in a directory that does not previously exist, the directory will not be
created. Also note that before running in batch mode, you have to set
your printer to PDFWriter. You have to set the default directory by
publishing a job in non-batch mode and specifying the default directory.
