Usage Note 9573: Formula to calculate MAX returns 0 when all values are negative
In SAS Strategic Performance Management, you may receive the value 0
when using a formula to determine MAX. When you attempt to determine the
maximum value of the CHILDREN token and all the values of CHILDREN are
negative, instead of returning the number closest to 0, the result is 0.
