Usage Note 9572: Formulas that reference the CHILDREN token may not refresh correctly in
SPM Map
In SAS Strategic Performance Management (SPM), when using the CHILDREN
token in formulas, you may see that the result of the formula does not
change even though values that the formula uses for calculations change.
