Usage Note 9568: Negative values on radar charts do not display correctly
In SAS Strategic Performance Management (SPM), attempting to display
negative values on SPM Radar Charts may produce undesireable results.
Problems that may be encountered are unequal length between tick marks
on the Radar chart and strange looking charts with negative values.
