Problem Note 9342: Values entered as percentage are not interpreted correctly
In SAS Financial Managment Solutions, when a cell is declared with a
format of percent in a form, the decimal value must still be entered.
For example, if you enter a 1 in a percent formatted cell, it is
interpreted as 100%. To get 1%, you must enter .01.
