Problem Note 9341: Second attempt to edit form is allowed when other user should have form
locked
In SAS Financial Management Solutions, if a planning form is being
edited and you make an attempt to open it, you will be warned that
another user is already editing the form and the form will open in
browse mode only. This is the correct behavior.
However, if you end out of the form and make a second attempt to open
the same form, you will then be allowed to update the form. At this
point, both users have update access to the form and only the changes of
the last user to exit the form will be saved.
