9339 - Unable to change a journal rule from a between rule to a within rule

Problem Note 9339: Unable to change a journal rule from a between rule to a within rule

In SAS Financial Management Solutions, when you attempt to create a
journal rule for minority interest and mistakenly save the rule as a
"between" rule, you cannot later change it to "Within by Minority
Interest (100% Owned)" rule.
