Usage Note 9907: Multi-threaded Scheduler config settings are case-sensitive and
sensitive to trailing blank space characters
The values set in the scheduler.config and logging.config files for the
Campaign Management Multi-threaded Scheduler component are
case-sensitive and will be affected by any trailing white space on the
values. Please note that if the configuration settings do not have
exactly the correct case or if they are entered with trailing blanks,
unexpected incorrect results may occur.
